Hi Rudedog, RE: CPQ is no longer planning to port Tru64 to Itanium. If I were CPQ management, I would invest in porting Tru64 to Itanium. Why cut off the extra life line I might get for this OS? I have in other words I would give my Tru64 customers a choice of hardware they want to buy. Not being forced to a given hardware vendor. But again by porting Tru64 to Itanium, CPQ might be shooting the Alpha project all together. CPQ is caught between rock and hard place, on this issue. Mula
