If memory serves, I believe that Judge Jackson's final order was 427 pages long, but with no references to the evidence in the court record. (It should be line by line) This makes it unacceptably difficult for an Appellate Court to review.

IF this is correct, this reason alone, is sufficient to believe that the Supreme Court will refuse to hear the case.
