If your logic is not twisted, then it is simply faulty. Without question, you have no idea who you are talking about.
You seem to operate on the theory that "perception is reality", which is a weak philosophy that many people in general mistakenly depend on heavily throughout their lives. Regardless of what you think you know about the situation I can assure you that NVEI's affiliation with CCEC has nothing to do with whether or not their technology is as claimed. If you are the Truth Seeker you claim to be, and you are concerned about your record and reputation in uncovering scams, then I advise you to get on a plane and head to San Diego and interview Ray Willenberg and John Howell @ NVEI. I think your faulty perception of the situation would change and you would realize that by judging them on their affiliation with a company who is in a legal business of promoting clients in the market (a service that they do not hide, regardless of your silly comment about having to squint to read their disclaimer stating they have been given stock in exchange for writing a promotional piece for NVEI), whose former owner had made wrong turns, is shortsighted at best.
It will be a pleasure later this year to return to this board, with public evidence supplied by Lucent, confirming that NVEI and New Wheel indeed have a copper based broadband technology that competes head to head with the VDSL std., that can transfer data over 9000' without interference from crosstalk or inherent line noise. Believe me, there are greater skeptics than you in much higher and more powerful places that are going to have to eat their words in the coming months. When they discover how simple NVEI's solution is there will be a lot of people saying, "gee, how did we miss that".
If you've ever heard the expression, don't throw the baby out with the bath water, and don't judge a book by it's cover, it might be timely to think about changing your course before you embarrass yourself.
At best, you have discovered what any 12 yr old with internet access could discover; that CCEC's founder and former (get it - former) owner had similar issues as you seemingly do with the SEC (as reported here on this board by others). But you are so far off base on the integrity of NVEI's mgt team, and the legitimacy of the New Wheel technology that anyone like myself who has been invested in NVEI since 1997 can only snicker at the shallowness of your research.
Your conclusions are faulty because your logic is faulty, and you have not taken the time to meet the people first hand who could help you learn the truth about this situation.
I think after 4 yrs and thousands of hours of doing more DD on NVEI then you have most likely done on all the stocks you've ever investigated, I speak with more conviction and validity when it comes to what NVEI then you can. If you think the internet is here to stay, which is obviously is, then in 2001 you will see how NVEI's technology will enable the internet to be used in coming years in ways currently not possible.
Get out of your ivory tower and get on a plane, or pick up a phone, and test your initial, admittedly faulty DD. It might help salvage your budding hobby of being cyberdetective. |
