tech, re: capacitors vs. chips.

I presume there was some sarcasm in your comment, as there was in mine. But the point being is that cell phones, etc. can't work without either the "sexy" chip or the "boring" capacitor. Both are key ingredients to a high demand product, using cell phones as an example. I think the disparity in valuation is too great. A p/e of 5.5x this year's earnings for KEM vs. countless other tech (including chip) valuations approaching or exceeding 100x is nuts ... unless you believe the whole thing is a house of cards and the demand for the end products is going to stop, a stance that noone is projecting. It would appear to be an irrational position given the ever evolving tech world we live in, and the incresing demand for more and more tech related products as they become integrated into our lifestyles.
