If his prediction about the DOT companies is true, which BTW makes a lot of sense then ORCL, CSCO and SUNW will follow.

If those companies will return to the average P/E multiple,comensurate with their earnings growth rate, their valuation will be 1/3 of today.

....... but still today EBAY was upgraded to a strong buy, by the snake oil sellers.
