Thread - The spinoff "Information Statement" is not at www.3com/investor which apparently doesn't exist. Rather, go to www.3com.com and click 'Investor Relations' then under 'News Flashes' click 'Palm Distribution/IPO>' then under 'Press Releases' click the second entry called 'Palm Distribution Information Sheet'. You'll get a nine page *.pdf document covering several issues including 'Allocation of Tax Basis' which some of us just couldn't wait until next tax season to figure out. I knew you'd all like to know even though hard copies were allegedly mailed to COMS holders on 24 July. Regards, Harry
