Are you really serious? It's newsworthy that a major shareholder is considering selling 50 million of a 144 million share stake, and they don't have to file a 144. I'll leave the rest to you. Look....it's easy to jump on CNBC when your long (and both of us are, me since 1997.....) and what they say appears to be bad news. I certainly have seen other more gross slants or infractions in the past, but I think that their reporting on this issue is balanced. Steve
