whole call was impressive and especially Mr. Turek. Brad, it's not by coincidence MWAV's employees feel the same way about their CEO. As he was giving me a tour of the facilities a few months ago, Joe greeted his employees by first names, many of them are in the lowest level of the work force. He's also a hands-on guy (afterall, the man owns several patents including the much talked about Flexilink bonding), he explained to me in technical details what each machine is for, how it works. I have a lot of respect for Joe. Regards, Tom
