So what? You think OAKT is an appropriate investment
for a first timer with a hot 4g's to invest? Get serious.

I went long on OAKT at 10 and again @ 9. I accuse no-one
of anything; merely informed someone that others have.

Personally, I think the suit is a joke. What's their
complaint? That OAKT didn't crash with the other semis
last fall? BFD. But it will cost a bunch to litigate and
the short term picture isn't rosey. Of course, there is
always the possibility they really did write a cookbook, in
which case it's probably a write-off.

So keep your shirt on buddy, I'm right in there with ya'.
