I Agree, the only ting that this news may (psychologically) do is to
increase the gap beween CSCC price and the conversion price of CSCC/ASND i.e. CSCC may trade a little lower than before compared to
ASND price because of percieved increased uncertainty about the merger, but when the merger goes through CSCC will be equal to ASND price multiply by 0.7
