kash, I hope we voting to suspend someone will be extremely rare. But when we do, I suggest that we: - keep the voting open for at least 2 days - when the voting is done, a tally of votes as well as who voted how should be posted. - people who are suspended at the time should not have a right to vote on anybody else during their suspension. - voting should be done via PM in order not to clutter the thread - escalation should be 3 private warnings followed by 1 public warnings by Mani, followed by a vote to suspend, which adds up to 5 offending posts before someone can be suspended - your suggestion of 2 week, 4 week life suspensions sound fine Joe
