See I figured that $24 would be the opening hard ball offer. Then the shareholders could sit and stew for a week over "do I take 24 or risk going back to EGRP's bend over and take it silence induced 16". Meanwhile CC and gang yell about we're going to invoke the poison pill. While suitor XXXXXXXX says go ahead we'll bypass you and go straight to the shareholders. (Annual meeting soon enough btw) XXXXXXXX gets the hornets stirred up to vote the BOD out and replace it with a friendly one. (Meanwhile negotiations go on behind closed doors) And then XXXXXXXX ups the offer to $30 to get the job done. Shareholders reluctantly agree to sell, feeling they have little choice but to follow along rather than risk going backwards again.

This is the future of EGRP in my opinion. Should they not start defending the stock valuation better. And it will be a sad day.
