reread post #2581 again and again until you are able to understand the concept. Maybe it is possible that a guy that thinks in terms of $10.00 at a time is not going to ever be able to conceive of a magazine for millionaires priced at $7.95 and sold for a subscription price of $75.00 per year will sell. Living with your dad in a 50 year old CBS house does not make you an expert on anything but repairs,in a 50 year old house. Maybe you could take all this writing you have done. What 5,000 post so far, and write a pamphlet on: How I moved to Hilton Head Island with nothing down. or How to repair that slum house and learn to live with the noseeums and the cockroaches on a day to day basis!
