Yes, I do. JDSU and ETEK both indicated that NT was a "double digit" percentage buyer of their products. I don't know what percentage SDLI sells to them. You better believe that they have an important say in blessing this. However, that being said, I think that NT is sabre-rattling (or to be more precise), posturing around their own interests in getting the "rumored" GLW deal in the best light. However, Roth seemed to indicate that that all they care about is keeping their momentum, and should keep looking in the rear-view mirror at LU, CSCO, and ALA and make sure they stay there (ie, in the rear view mirror...).
