I see the Napster Case as a huge defining moment in the future of MP3's.

I dont wanna get into an argument here, but one of the main reasons that MP3 has had *amazing* success is because they are *FREE* (free meaning no one paid for it).

I could go into a lengthy discussion, but I will spare the thread, but to call the trial any form of Vapor is foolish.

And yes it does affect the hardware OEM's of Mp3 players and indirectly SNDK.
