You and I will agree to disagree. I see the Napster Case as a huge defining moment in the future of MP3's. I dont wanna get into an argument here, but one of the main reasons that MP3 has had amazing success is because they are FREE (free meaning no one paid for it). I could go into a lengthy discussion, but I will spare the thread, but to call the trial any form of Vapor is foolish. And yes it does affect the hardware OEM's of Mp3 players and indirectly SNDK.
