Hey C! News!!:Cris Collinsworth Endorses AquaClara/FLA USA Bottled Water

CLEARWATER, Fla., Jul 26, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- AquaClara Bottling & Distribution, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: AQCB chart, msgs) announced Cris Collinsworth as celebrity spokesperson for AquaClara/FLA USA oxygen-enriched water today. Collinsworth, a three-time Pro Bowl selection during his eight-year NFL career and player in Super Bowls XVI and XXII, is an outspoken, two-time Emmy award winner and co-host of HBO's "Inside the NFL." Collinsworth also is a football analyst for "NFL on FOX" with James Brown, Terry Bradshaw and Howie Long and the former host of FOX's "Guinness World Records Primetime" television show.

Collinsworth began broadcasting as a feature reporter for HBO's "Inside the NFL" after his retirement from the Cincinnati Bengals in 1989. While playing for the
Bengals, Collinsworth was one of the team's most productive receivers, catching 417 passes for nearly 6,700 yards, including four 1,000- yard seasons. He ranks second
on the Bengals' all-time career reception list.

Collinsworth graduated from the University of Florida with an accounting degree in 1981 and then earned a law degree from the University of Cincinnati. While at UF,
he was a wide receiver for the Gators and was named an All- American. As a freshman quarterback, he threw a 99-yard touchdown pass, which tied an NCAA record
for the longest touchdown pass in history.

A Florida native and family man, Collinsworth has long addressed the needs of children and adults. The Cris Collinsworth Foundation, now in its 15th year, has come to
the rescue of many people suffering from substance abuse. AquaClara will donate a penny for every bottle of its 800-percent oxygen- enriched bottled water sold in
Florida to the Cris Collinsworth Foundation.

AquaClara Chairman of the Board E. Douglas Cifers sees this partnership as a best-possible scenario for AquaClara, the Cris Collinsworth Foundation and consumers. "Oxygen and water are essential to life and good health. The Florida Sports Foundation and the Cris Collinsworth Foundation work to promote healthy living. When you combine the Sports Foundation's endorsement, Cris's involvement and the Collinsworth Foundation's mission with the oxygen- enrichment and pure qualities of the water, you get an unbeatable synergy," he said.

Collinsworth added, "When Doug approached me about working with AquaClara, I couldn't say 'no.' There's so much opportunity to do good for the Foundation and my
home state. AquaClara's quality product provides a perfect opportunity for us to work together to promote healthy living and fight against drug and alcohol abuse."

To endorse AquaClara water and promote the Foundation, Collinsworth will be taping commercials for AquaClara bottled water as well as debuting AquaClara/FLA
USA as Florida's official water at the 33rd Annual Florida Governor's Conference on Tourism on August 7 at Miami's Doral Golf Resort and Spa.
