I agree. The problem is, which side of the fence do you want to be sitting on? Most people seem to feel that one way or another the deal will go through.

If it goes through, it may be easier to decrease JDSU than raise SDLI. JDSU down to around 100 satisfies the deal.

What I wish they would do is split SDLI 4:1 - at least psychologically things will look better. SDLI would then be around 98 and getting less than one share of JDSU.
