You are naive if you belive this injunction will do anything but stiffen the resolve of the RIAA.

Napster brought MP3's to the average computer user, I have had to fire people in my office for Napster use (I was called Napster Police), Gnut is not nearly as easy for the non geek to use.

THis is indeed a HUGE ruling for the RIAA, how it will effect certain companies I am not sure, but there will be an effect.
