A bit of Verbage from a Templar Release:

CALIFORNIA
An offer to the existing surface rights holders in Inglewood has been made
and negotiations are under way. The group is attempting to acquire a
friendlier surface location to begin the program for a second deep test
based on the new seismic information. The potential still exists for a
considerably substantial new pool discovery.
Negotiations are under way to bring in a California based oil and gas
operator as a partner in the project.
