I am stunned. And I am sad right now. Will I be happy later? I don't know.

You are echoing my immediate feelings on the sell out.. err.. merger.

Here we have a loss producing company, albeit one that beat Wall St. projections, buying out a VERY profitable company.

How much of this has to due with the lethargic post-IPO history of CHTR's stock price (aka PA "Wired World") we can only ask ourselves. But I have a hard time seeing how PA can undertake his vision, including having GNET has his portal, when Infospace now controls the reins.

So the question is... is CHTR now up for grabs as well?

Regards,

Ron
