Hawk,

I liked the wording of the TDK/SNDK cross-licensing agreement because it shatters the image that SNDK is going after all competitors with a stranglehold and forcing them to sign licensing agreements under terms that SNDK controls. I see more of a cooperative effort between TDK and SNDK that acknowledges the contributions of both companies and helps to forward the flash card standards that will become more apparent as the Post-PC Era unfolds.

This is a much different image than presented in the Lexar Media registration statement, for example.
