Anthony: The fact that AXC sits at under 6 might suggest that it is at a Bottom and stays there with all the other Indices are up because 1.There is no Positive news for the AXC and/or 2.The News is Negative and it is already discounted in the Stock. I dont believe this "Small Cap" theory that Small Caps are out of Favor because a Stock called Innovus (INUS) that released some news 2 days ago regarding IBM has gone from 2.25 to 3.318 or about 40% and it has negative earnings.
