Most foreign stocks do not list on the pinks. Only the ones that do not want the sec to take a good look at their books. The ceo of roctest admitted that they were planing on selling the stock and using the proceeds to 'grow the company'.

It is your money you do what you want. But I for one would not trust them to do anything with the money that would increase shareholder value.
