I have shown how it can be done with very little risk.

No one here is against self-install, we just don't think that it can be accomplished without degradation in service.

I suspect that many of the people who are worried about all aspects of self install and who are thinking "it can't be done" have zip point squat or very little training and experience in anything to do with electronics. This includes electronics installation, testing, troubleshooting and repair.

That so called expert who rode out in a truck with a cable installer reminds me of the clueless someone who goes on a one week trip to a foreign country, returns home knowing everything about the country he visited and then proceeds to tell everyone he knows about it. That so called expert also reminds me of the clueless person who buys his first computer and then is a computer xpert in all things, including troubleshooting and repair to the component level.
