Aqua Clara Management Report (from website)

Distributor Meeting...
On July 18, 2000, Doug Cifers met with the owner of a national distributor after extensive talks with its senior management. "Distribution is complicated, since some retailers want direct to store delivery and others want warehouse delivery. And, the trend shows most retailers moving toward warehouse delivery, which means we need a distributor with merchandising capability," said Cifers upon his return from New York. "We are very fortunate to be working not only with a distributor who possesses a superior delivery system and merchandising capability, but with someone who is cutting edge, think and work out-of-the-box oriented. At the distributor's request, full disclosure will be announced after some fine-tuning of the agreement, including pricing, takes place, and we are aggressively working those items."
Celebrity Spokesperson...
Cris Collinsworth, NFL superstar and FOX TV Celebrity and Doug Cifers have agreed on a celebrity spokesperson arrangement for Aqua Clara.
Cris played wide receiver for the University of Florida Gators where he was named All-American. As a freshman quarterback, he threw a 99 yard touchdown pass which tied an NCAA record for the longest touchdown pass in history. During his 8-year NFL career, he was one of the Cincinnati Bengals' most productive receivers, catching 417 passes for nearly 6,700 yards, including four 1,000 yards seasons.
Cris, the outspoken, two-time Emmy award winner, began broadcasting after his retirement from the Bengals in 1989, serving first as a feature reporter on HBO's "Inside the NFL." He co-hosts HBO's "Inside the NFL" and is a football analyst on "NFL on FOX" along with James Brown, Terry Bradshaw and Howie Long. He also is former host of FOX's "Guinness World Records Primetime."
A Florida native and family man, Cris's heart has long addressed the needs of kids and adults. The Cris Collinsworth Foundation, now in its 15th year, has come to the rescue of many people suffering from substance abuse. The Cris Collinsworth Foundation, per our agreement, will receive a penny per bottle of Aqua Clara sold in Florida to assist in the foundation's mission.
Cris will debut the water as Florida's official water at the 33rd Annual Florida Governor's Conference on Tourism on August 7, 2000 at Miami's Doral Golf Resort and Spa.
