I had no idea the connect business was going to go down the tubes so quickly. not much of an explanation for the sudden decline in revenues and profits. Looks like they really needed this additional financing pretty badly. Sometimes that can make all the difference between a spectacular investment and one that adds badly- The interesting thing is that it says that the other $30Mm is at madges option and the convertability feature is based upon valuing madge.web at $400MM. Madgf market cap right now is $127MM! All in all I am optomistic that they have secured funds to keep going for awhile.
