tejek, Yes they own warrants (maybe). I say maybe because there are performance strings attached in their arrangement with Rambus. If they meet certain requirements set forth in their agreement I believe they will be able to pick up 4 million shares of Rambus at a cost of $2.50 each. Quite an incentive to push Rambus. I also believe that they have to meet their requirements by years end.
