Hi all.

By now you probably have heard about the planned acquisition (merger) of GNET by INSP. According to press releases, INSP appears to provide the infrastructure for wireless internet for more than 85% of U. S.wireless carriers and claims to be the leading global wireless internet crossplatform provider. GNET, as you know, is a Paul Allen Wired World company. He owns 30% of GNET. He also is a major shareholder, if not the largest holder of MCOM stock. While PA may have some plans to incorporate MCOM into this new venture or another of his ventures, there has been no manifestation of that intent as yet. Some of you may have some thoughts on that subject and I would appreciate your insight. I am challenged by technology, and I would appreciate, even more, knowledgeable commentary concerning the possible effect of the combination of INSP and GNET and their technology (particularly INSP's) on MCOM.
