Well, I'm in no shape to be taking on any challenges since I am still researching this nascent digital rights market.

Actually, I like ITRU and the deals is has...else I would not be here. But is their proprietary tech something that a larger company, like INTC or MSFT, will deem worthy to acquire in order to get a jump into this subsector? Is their technology something unique that cannot be replicated by bigger players moving into this market...thus forcing another company to acquire it? That is my question.

Perhaps ITRU follow Intel's lead and merge with, say, a VRGE? Intel seems to think that coupling the rights management with a multimedia search engine makes a lot of sense. Is there some type of advantage, watermarking-wise, to this strategy?

Just trying to get a grasp. Own shares in most of the players (VRGE, EXCA, and maybe ITRU).
