I seriously doubt it (dont' want to make a Borland mistake). Microsoft's Back Office solution is pretty outstanding. What Microsoft needs is to implement a real clustering solution with NT and go after the enterprise market. This would deal a severe blow to Oracle as Microsoft could undercut them by thousands of dollars.
