I like the concept of a pure ASIC player, unencumbered by Eudora, OmniTracs and the skunkwork government stuff, - but
I'm confused by the royalty situation.

If Samdung buy SpinCo chips, will they have to pony up additional money to QCOM?

If MOTNOK make ASIC's will they have to pay QCOM too, even if they are part of the WCDMA pool?
