Hi Sy, I need to learn more about INSP, but whatever their relation to other carriers, as regards a 'total' wireless internet solution, in addition to the backbone and the routing, the key element for the cellular wireless solution is 'the last mile,' or in Metricom's microcellular solution, 'the last quarter mile.' The distinction between these two is significant, from a frequency reuse standpoint. (See the following post.) More thoughts later. John, Gary, Mike, ???
