Question(s):

1. Are there any tax consequences to the future QCOM/Spinco transaction?

2. Is there a rule on this? (I'm thinking it's something like 80% ownership to be tax-free -- but not sure -- my memory is starting to fail me -- probably early signs of "Sometimer's" disease or "CRS" (Can't Remember S**t) :>)

3. Any idea where might I find "the rule" (assuming one exists) ?
