I don't believe that double ordering is a factor because with demand being so high, co's. like KEN+M are requiring long-term agreements to take down product even in the event of a slowdown in the general world economy. In other words, it is placing the responsibility on the backs of the purchasers not them, the suppliers. Also, David Maguire keeps citing the increase in broadband and bandwidth as the main driver of the need for IC's as opposed to just wireless handhelds.

I believe we are entering an uptrend here. (or at least hope so soon.) IMO we are not at the top, we are at the bottom.
