Markets have topped , TSE surpassed my 10,500 objective i posted on May 29,2000 and will retrace along with Dow and Nasdaq. Nasdaq I see hitting 3600-3660 by Aug 15 th , the other 2 indexes i will look at tonight and report tomorrow. Vitalsigns
