Qualcomm to Spinco, rename the old company IPO it again, what a scam! I'm not surprised that Wall Street is capable of doing such dirty trick, but I can't believe those noble "researchers" and "professors" facilitate such laughable activity. Why don't they just fire all the engineers and replace them by lawyers and follow ARM Holdings' business model?
