Wade, There has always been some concern on my part about this "rumor" of an earlier release. Most of this comes from Yahoo!...and an email that someone got from the company about a conference call to be held. In all candor, I've never seen a formal release from the company about this early release and then the cancellation of the CC. With that said...based on historical filing dates...THEY are NOW late in filing the Q results. However, if I recall the SEC rules, they have up to 30 days to make the filing, so they still have a few days to keep with the normal guidelines. Thought I saw a glimmer of hope this morning when I saw the early price appreciation...but the swoon is now back. (:<<<)
