Pru Securities Action on Race

Anyone know why you can ONLY sell RACE, but not BUY RACE at Prudential Securities. I own several hundred shares at 4 and change and wanted to buy several hundred more. My broker said that he couldn't buy anymore because of Pru Securities policy. He checked and was told by higher ups at Pru that something was up and it was not negative. Emicro any contacts or info you have would be helpful.

Reason for Pru Action

Just got a call from Pru...the reason it is restricted is that ..."a stock promoter that has and/or is assoicated with RACE has been accused of manipulation and fraud, therefore, Pru Securities is not allowing any "inhouse" trades until further investigation allows us to unrestrict this stock..."

I can only guess whom that promoter would be....
