Terry it's an overall negative feelings due to slowing down demand. AMD gets kicked harder because of the high volatility of the stock and intel gets milder treatment. In reality the slowdown is affecting Intel as its operating losses would go down while amd got still plenty room to expand. Part of it is due to large cash position at intel which is justified to certain degree but not to current ratios of pe or in that case price to operating profits. JMHO Regards -Albert
