RON.......EVERY internet stock is selling for less than their previous high.........Look at CMGI,EBAY,AMZN,PCLN,YHOO etc...........GNET received a large premium over the closing price and a 100% premium over the recent $43/share it was selling for. The companies in stock transactions that are making the acquisitions almost always have a knee-jerk reaction down, coupled with a Nas that is down 145 points..........By the way, I am voting for this transaction, I love it, and I don't have to check the charts to figure this one out...........
