After hours means nothing. It's the CC that counts.

Earnings are meaningless too. How can you compare with all these acquisitions going on? Everything is in flux.

Focus on this:

1) Luminent is filed and ready to go

2) Jolt/AstraTerra filing in 90 days.

3) iTouch will file soon too, probably in this same time period.

These are not shells being IPO'ed. These are all going to be power houses.

People, keep focused on the things that are meaningful here.
