I asked him what he was doing and he replied that the real radar was two blocks up and he wanted to slow people down so they wouldn't get a ticket on the way to church. The problem with this killing really belongs to the school board. Our county taxes for the schools have gotten so high the sheriffs department can't get enough to patrol the small villages so the villages hire Hondo wannabes.
