Gulo, IMHO this company is worth more than it's current share price. While I wait, I know that it should be a viable business for years to come. Unlike other small caps out there, this company is well capitalized with $20M in cash, it should be a survivor in a market downturn.

The fundamentals and financials of the company keep improving, it is a matter of time before the company gets noticed. So I wait and wait, occasionally we'll see a spike to $3.

Canadian Venture Exchange: TOM July 27, 2000



T S Telecom Ltd. (the ¡§Company¡¨) is pleased to announce that the Company has signed a sales contract with the
Shanghai branch of China United Telecommunications Corporation (¡§China Unicom¡¨) on 26th July, 2000 to provide its
newly launched product ¡V PowerCom for Mobile Base Stations. The contract, amounted to approximately
HK$5,151,679 (RMB5,512,297), is for the provision of power monitoring systems for one of China Unicom¡¦s mobile
phone network control centres along with 400 mobile base stations in Shanghai, China. The sales contract also includes
a commitment from China Unicom to dedicate the Company as its sole solution provider for monitoring systems of all
mobile phone network control centres and base stations in the city of Shanghai.



China Unicom, an independent third party to the Company, is the second largest mobile phone operator in China. As at
June 25, 2000, China Unicom operates its digital mobile telephone network in 221 cities, with 10.93 million users.



The Company believed that this contract has set a milestone in pursuing further business opportunities with China
Unicom in terms of provision of PowerCom for Mobile Base Stations and other cooperative ventures. The Company is
now in negotiation of signing additional contracts to provide PowerCom for Mobile Base Stations for other branches of
China Unicom covering the remaining 220 cities as well as China Mobile Communications Corporation.
