EDS Q2 earnings as expected-
They did what they said they would after the last month warning on revenue growth rate. However, there is a promise of a much better second half (which has been the story all along). We will find out in a couple of quarters.
The conference call was upbeat as usual and no new red flags appeared. Earnings above $2 / share with a PE of 20 still gives us the current closing price so there is no valuation premium. The dot coms pull back has reduced employee turnover rate and AT Kearney is consultant constrained with respect to the business opportunities.
