Hello Claude, from a investors point of view I have no doubt NDE is a better buy than PFG. Also there is less risk here. They won't have to spend a million building a road to it like PFG did. The company is well financed meaning they won't have to dilute at these prices.

The only negative point I see is that the deal is very expensive.

Move over PFG here comes NDE.
