Michael I know you follow a lot of communications stocks and I was wondering if you saw this article in Worth about the US auction of 3-generation wireless licenses in Sept. worth.com Says that the British auction brought in $35B, far above estimates and that the US figures may be WAY above that. Thinks it might ignite another tech mania. Mentions mostly bidders (LU NXTL PCS T) and I doubt whether agreeing to lay out that kind of dough will help their stocks. LU MOT NT QCOM are mentioned as possible beneficiaries. I'am wondering if you or anyone here see other ways to play it. Doesn't mention a specific date, just September. Anyone know the actual date? Might be an option play. It may take a number of days to complete since it is rounds of ascending bids rather than sealed bids and is likely to take the prices sky-high. John
