K...welcome back 2 the Bunker....quick close the door & set a spell...it is NASTY out THERE....U don't wanna go back out there alone.... CRDS/EMLX are most definitely in related businesses...I don't know that much about either company, but they are for sure both in the fiber channel networking products area....From what I do know (know more about CSCO & EXTR than either CRDS/EMLX), I would consider CRDS more like EMLX than either of the other two....The whole networking area has exploded so much the past 5 years or so that maybe IBD needs to create some more subdivisions...to call CSCO a "Local Networks" company is kind of a joke to me.... I imagine the CRDS debacle has had some effect on EMLX, but more than that is likely the ongoing "re-valuation" on Wall Street of many of the 2nd and 3rd tier names that had gotten full-blown superstar P/E's slapped on 'em in the tech buying frenzy.... In other words....EMLX ain't no CSCO baby !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe EMLX never deserved an $8 BILLION market cap in the first place (for a company doing $100 MILLION in sales)... Now kick back and relax....I think M2 is working on separate restrooms 4 men & women N an effort to attract more females 2 the bunker.... Jimbo.
