Re : QCOM / W-CDMA / is it "vaporware" ? -- maybe what is going on is Qualcomm is perpetuating the myth, so as to entice all of these other companies to waste ridiculously huge amounts of R & D money on W-CDMA.

Then, the whole world will ultimately use cdma2000 anyway (?)
