(ca=Canada) See this HLTH job posting for "International Producer - WebMD Canada": jobs.healtheon.com Here are lists of competitors in the Canadian market: ca.yahoo.com ca.yahoo.com Main competitors in the consumer sector would appear to be: healthycanadian.com adulthealth.com hc-sc.gc.ca (government site) Did not find potential competitors in B2B sector (services, transactions and technology to the medical community). Missed a company? My assumption is that most competitors in the U.S. also have a Canadian presence. Any thoughts on this? WebMD has local health sites (NY, Dallas, SF, etc..), but this would appear to be the first HLTH site specifically targeting a foreign market. Granted, Canada may be an easy one (although, according to the job posting, they'll have content in French), I'm interested in the direction this strategy will take. Will other countries follow?
