Scott, I believe that they are waiting for the Phase 1 and Phase 2 reports of the Barbados Double Blind Clinical Trials, on Aids patients, to be published in some journal of science. Which one I do not know, wish I did!
In my personal opinion, I think and I believe, that Dr H is writing a report on Phase 1 and Phase 2, Barbados Study, for publication. They don't tell me what they are doing. However, it would stand to reason that something should be going on! I think the findings of the Barbados study is being written, or has already been written, for publication. After the study is published, then I think that they will apply for the IND with the FDA. I am guessing. I don't know!
You have not, but many people have asked me why Advanced Viral is testing off-shore, when it should be testing in the USA. Well, the answer to that one is simple: they are not authorized yet to test Reticulose in the USA! That is silly, but it most definitely is a fact! That is what I mean about hindrance from government regulation!
